  9. EDITOR.PPE    -  Tickle File Editor - Edit information for any user
  10. TKLPACK.PPE   -  Tickle File Packer - Deletes users from database if the
  11.                                       username is not found on the BBS.
  12. TKLPACK.CFG   -  Tickle File Packer configuration file
  13. PCBT138       -  PCBText display file

  26. TKLFILE.DOC   -  Document you are currently reading
  27. TKLTEXT       -  Contains all display strings used by TKL, EDITOR, & TKLPACK
  28.                  You are allowed to change any of the text or the color codes
  29.                  but DO NOT MOVE ANY LINES TO NEW LOCATIONS IN THE FILE!!!
